Category: Commands / Extensions Group: v 1.1.0 >Status: Pending >Resolution: Works For Me Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) >Assigned to: Geoff Hutchison (ghutchis) Summary: Missing one bond in one case Initial Comment: In Avogadro 1.1.0 (Git revision: fc5116d), when I insert an unsaturated fragment (like a CH3 in file attachment), the carbon has a valence of 3, not 4. So when I connect it with another carbon, I have CH3CH2 : one H is missing! With Avogadro 1.0.1 or 1.0.3 (normaly also with the 1.1.0 git revision 640c598), there is not this problem. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Geoff Hutchison (ghutchis) Date: 2012-06-14 20:16 Message: This works fine for me with the current master. Unfortunately, you did not post an e-mail or username. Does this still exist with the current Git master? If I don't hear from you, this will close as fixed in 14 days. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=835077&aid=3412885&group_id=165310 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Live Security Virtual Conference Exclusive live event will cover all the ways today's security and threat landscape has changed and how IT managers can respond.
