Category: Rendering Group: v 1.0.3 Status: Open >Resolution: Accepted Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) >Assigned to: Marcus D. Hanwell (cryosuk) Summary: Display molecule as lines after closing 2d mol window Initial Comment: If a molecule is open in one window and a second window is created, on closing the second window, and clicking in the first window the molecule in the first window cannot be viewed as anything other than lines. The second window may have a molecule or not, same behavior. If there are three windows, closing one will make the display in the other 2 change to lines only. I expected the display in remaining windows to remain as displayed before the additional window was closed. Quit and restart Avogadro returns display to expected behavior. It only happens after closing a window. Doesn't seem to matter original file format. OS X 10.7.3, Avogadro 1.0.3, MacBook Pro 6,2 core i5 2.53MHz, Nvidia GeForce GT330M 256Mb. I'll see if I can work it out in the next few days. Cryos, can you take a look too?
