A little research shows that kitware.com and paraview.org are registered by
the same person, and that the certificate being issued in error is probably
a simple mistake. Sorry for being a bit alarmist, but you really need to be
careful these days - especially with a command that's going to download
software onto your machine that you are going to trust to compile and run
and do what it claims to do.
I've emailed the administrator of paraview.org and asked them to fix their
certificate.
