Yes, but it doesn't run well, nor is it pretty, at least on the Mac.
Apps written with it don't look native and tend to be crashy (or so was
the case the last time I tried it, which admittedly was a few years
ago).
There is been a lot of work on it since "years ago", but as
I don't have a Mac, I can't say it will look better, but
I'm sure it will crash less, hopefully not all.
