Update of bug #35467 (project avr-libc): Status: None => Invalid Open/Closed: Open => Closed
_______________________________________________________ Follow-up Comment #1: Sorry, no, this is _not_ the right place to post this. These are bug trackers for the AVR C library, but apparently, you are running into a compiler problem, or a problem with the code you are compiling. Just the fact that the code used to work as expected with one compiler version but fails with another one is not a sufficient proof for a compiler failure. You should figure out (e.g. by comparing the generated assembly code) what the actual problem is. If you narrowed it down, and are convinced it's a compiler bug, you should contact your toolchain vendor (Atmel) through their support channel about it. When seeing GCC version 4.5.1, GCC bug #46779 immediately comes to mind: http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=46779 You might ask your vendor about whether your toolchain version has this bug already fixed or not. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/?35467> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.nongnu.org/ _______________________________________________ AVR-libc-dev mailing list AVR-libc-dev@nongnu.org https://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/avr-libc-dev
