Hi
I read in the ATmega8515 datasheet that the signature row high bytes contain
4 bytes for calibration in 1,2,4,8 MHz.
But I have been unsuccessful in reading this signature row. Where is it
located???
I am using avrdude with avr910 which uses at90s2313 and programming
ATmega8515.
On reading signature 3 byte come up but i think they are chip signature and
not related to this.
Also OSCCAL value is 0xa5 which also I cannot find it in the three bytes of
signature.
If it is not located on chip can someone mail me the calibratin bytes.
