Details:
This patch allows to specify the base address of a PCI parallel port card as
port parameter. This way you can use such cards with avrdude.
Using the base address was also explained at the mailing list
(http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/avrdude-dev/2008-07/msg00000.html) and it
got a positive confirmation that it works.

The patch still relies on the user to find out the base address of his
hardware.
The patch also includes the necessary changes for the documentation.
