April 16th 2010 in GNU Savannah bug #29581: "Fix terminology" in
AVRDUDE tracker.
>For example, Microsoft claims that its "Internet Explorer" is
>freeware. I don't want to put AVRDUDE onto the same level as
>Microsoft's Internet Explorer
Don't get confused *free software* is a matter of freedom, *freeware*
usually is a matter of zero price. Read carefully my first message,
I'm talking about free software, not freeware.
I attaced a patch againsting the AVRDUDE mainpage containing the
required changes, please apply it.
