Part of a new site for STC Associates was a shiny new portfolio.
Originally designed as a 2D gallery, we pushed for something a bit
more... Shiny? I handled the flash production.

Note: The current implementation is a bit wacky. And the site was bit
rushed out of the door to support a PR campaing. I also made the
mistake of exposing way too many variables for the web guys to play
with. I am working on getting them to properly implement :)

It's all native classes to Away3D extended. Planes mostly (I love
Planes and ObjectContainer3D the most). I also added some AS3DMod for
the perlin wave effect. The distorted cube integrates perfectly with
the company's logo and brings the whole thing to life. When I demoed
the cube part they were all in admiration of the logo being alive and
fully interactive! Something that would not be possible without the
amazing Away3D framework. Settings and data are all external via xml.

I created a base class that extends ObjectContainer3D to handle double
clicks. It's a bit ghetto but works for now.

Cheers,

Jerome.
