A plane by default is lying down on the floor facing up. So for the plane to
be "standing up", or facing you, yUp would be false.

Imagine a paper lying on the floor, and you spin rotationY- it will still be
on the floor. But if yUp was false, then rotationY would spin it like a
revolving door.

It just means the default orientation/rotation or position it is facing.

I might have it wrong so try setting it yourself to see the difference :)
