I think all that stuff is in 

away3d\core\stats\Stats.as

You can see it also when you right click on a 3D object and select the
stats.

p.s. Are there any other statistics I should think about (I have FPS, mem,
and  want to add face count)? I'll probably post this as a easy to plugin
utility for debugging after I'm done.
