it's not my/our model, it's PaperVision3D Model (which mean model work
fine for 2 engines), and i'm didn't know anything about 3dsMax sry ;o

here's my suggestion

1. run current example to see it work properly with old jiglib
2. migrate to new jiglib try to make it work
3. import Focus.dae to 3dsMax and export without any mod
4. try test to see it work or not, if not -> it's export/plugin problem
5. if it work try mod/move some vertex and export just like that and test again
6. if you done all that it's mean you are ready to work your own model

do what i said, should take whole day, but it's surely work ;)
