it's woking on fp9. can you do the same for fp10, my project is
running on fp10. thanks anyway.

i did the task you asked me. i imported in max2009, but there were
some issues with the files containing bones. it imported some dummy
objects instead of bones, the skinned object had the skin modifier,
but it wasn;t linked to any bones, so it stand still. i exported them
anyway, with some errors, like "you'll lose bone information". i don't
know, probably it's a conflict between maya and max regarding collada.
