Well, you have to be able to compile for Flash Player 10, which CS3 didn't support nativly (because when it was released, there was no such thing as Flash Player 10.)
But you should still be able to do it now, by modifying your CS3 install. I think you should probably do a more thorough Google search than what I did, but this is the first that I came up with: http://www.actionscripts.org/forums/showthread.php3?t=183979 I've read somewhere however, that you don't need to do any of that hacking, but that there should instead be some sort of official support for Flash Player 10 in CS3. I don't know though, so that's what you'll have to search for yourself.
