Here is what I don't understand: "link it with the class myClass1" How are you doing this? Is this in the "Properties" of the movieclip you created?

"i didn't try to export a swc that had a document class attached" What do you mean by this? Do you mean extending the Stage with a class in the "Properties" window, using the "Class:" textbox?
