Depending on the capability of SilverLight (which I haven't used) you could either create a standalone Away3D swf and communicate between the two (if the capability exists) or if SilverLight can talk to JavaScript in a browser, you could use JSAway.
For those that don't know what JSAway is, it's a standalone SWF file that exposes the Away3D API to JavaScript. Once the swf is embedded in your HTML page, you can make calls to the object to construct, change and interact with a 3D scene entirely through JavaScript code. It's been around for a while - lurking quietly on my web site - in desparate need for an update which has taken too long. Well, an update has arrived in the form of V1.0 beta 1. This is still a FlashPlayer 9 version based on Away3D V2.4 but there is a V3.4 FP10 version in progress. V1.0b1 is still a beta so if you find any issues let me know. http://www.geepers.co.uk/jsaway/index.html Let me know if this would fit with your solution - I'd be interested to see how it goes.
