[away3d] Extrude problem

Hi, thanks for a great tool! I have a very simple problem and I hope some one can guide me in the right direction. I have a simple shape based on 5-8 points and straight lines between them. I need to create a extrusion if this points so I get a 'puzzle' piece with some thickness. But witch extrusions method should I use? PathExtrude?
