Still trying to learn this 3D malarky!... I wanted to look at caching a Dot3BM material, but notice the Cache versions have gone from SVN?
I have a large highly detailed Dot3BM F10 material sphere that I want to fly a camera around. The sphere and directional light remain static, but I get very very poor performance, I suspect the Dot3BM is bring recalculated on each camera move. How can I check this is true, and how can I cache the Dot3BM? Many thanks Mark
