Yes you are right, the animation doesn't work.  I've been trying to
figure this out for the past two weeks and it's driving me nuts.
I am going nuts.  Away3D is superior compared to PVP but PVP's
animation was just so simple.  Export from maya/3dsmax with
opencollada exporter and just play.  I can't believe I still have not
figure this out.  I've been advised to use MD2 but I don't think I
would do that.  I am already using max, sketch.
