Hey Peter,

Thanks for that, great idea, unfortunately the EnviroBitmapMaterial
and the EnviroColorMaterial both seem to suffer with a similar problem
as the phong's in that they don't work properly with extrusions,
specifically the Lathe which is what I am using.

Anyone got any idea what is wrong with the extrusions? It seems like
some of the normals are flipped or something?
