I found chapter 7 on procedural 3D content especially helpful. The explanation for how to make a primitive is crystal clear! Making your own primitive is actually quite elegant and clean in Away3D.
However I caught a typographical error: on page 157, the fourth paragraph is a block of statements such as addFace(createFace(a,c,b)); But here the addFace calls should include the additional material and UV parameters, e.g. addFace(createFace(a,c,b, null, uva0, uvc, uvb)); These are however correctly shown in the summary code on the top of page 158.
