then your model is incorrect at some level. make sure you snap to grid in your app with a coarse value, weld and let zero opening. inspect it in outline mode and look at your vertexes. Make sure that each triangle do not share more than one triangle side per side. in Prefab, make sure its boundingbox. size is in range of 40 to 90 k.
