If I had a static scene with many triangles not moving and only a
small number of moving triangles, I presume triangle caching would
allow a higher frame rate compared to other 3d engines.
If a moving triangle goes behind a not moving triangle how is
occlusion handled? Would the moving triangle be partially not drawn,
or would not moving triangles in between camera and occluded triangle
be redrawn also?
In the triangle caching demo with the turtles the moving turtle
doesn't seem to be occluded at all, but drawn on top of everything
else.
