Here's what I've got so far with a little jiglib demo.  I couldn't
figure out how to get z sorting to work without ownCanvas'ing and
pushback'ing the walls and ground and then creating the scene in such
a way that the spheres can't fall behind the scene.  Either that or
CORRECT_Z_ORDER, which puts a noticeable hit on the frame rate.  In
any case, if someone knows a better way, let me know.
