why would you need this?
If you set a mesh mouseEvent3D, it gives you the face object back,
ask the neighbors faces using m.geometry.neighbour01(face) (12,20) will return 
you these.

imagine if a mesh is composed of thousands of faces, if each one of them would 
have a listenner.
even hundreds would be overkill. Plus, there are other ways than mouseEvents3D 
to retreive faces under mouse.
