Cute project. What you need is a walk cycle generated in a 3D modelling 
program, that you then load that with animation in away3d. The alternative is 
bones animation in away3d once youve created a skeleton-based 3d character 
elsewhere. Neither are a cakewalk but should be possible. Hope you know a 
reasonable amount about 3d and programming already
