Hello,

I have this coming project for which I am currently looking into the
doability with flash3D and away3D. It will require to have a zone
(circular if possible, like a big magnifier) that you can move over an
existing object to see the inside of it (for instance a train, a plane
or a house...). I am an experienced flash developper but quite a
rookie when it comes to 3D with flash (used Unity for this so far).
I read somewhere that using flash3D you won't be able to put visual
behind the rendered scene, because it takes the whole screen (no
"alpha"), so I suppose it will not be possible to have 2 viewports at
the same time, one rendering the outside and one rendering the inside
with some kind of "mask" or render area for each. Is that correct ?
And if so, does anyone have any idea on how to do such a thing with
away3D (the "inside" magnifier), or, even better, if it has already
been done ? I am quite confident I could do it with Unity, but unsure
for away3D, so any advice/hint is welcome.

Thanks for helping!
