Regarding your models/plane issue
I honestly do not have a clue on what is happening here, looks like the plane 
is considered differently from the rest
moving sideways shows its totally wrong...

if you make a test, make a new plane in Prefab (primitives, plane) and export 
as as3, do you get the same?
