A new Flyspray task has been opened. Details are below. User who did this - Andrei Thorp (garoth)

Summary - During Resize With Lua Tile Layout, Resizing Sometimes Resizes 2
Clients Inversely
Task Type - Bug Report
Category - Layouts
Status - Unconfirmed
Assigned To - Operating System - All
Severity - Low
Priority - Normal
Reported Version - git/master
Due in Version - Undecided
Due Date - Undecided
Details - As you're most likely aware, tile recently got the ability to resize
freely. I have discovered one strange behaviour with this feature.

So open up tile and arrange it so that that there is one main window on the
left, and 3 smaller windows on the right:

---------
| |___| 2
| 1 |___| 3
| | | 4
---------

Now, hold your modkey. Move your mouse so that it's over client 3, near the
bottom of 2, but still over 3. Now press and hold right click to do resizing.
This is where the strange
behaviour begins:

- the mouse actually snaps down to the top edge of 4 for resizing, rather than
the bottom
edge of 2 as would be expected (since it's much closer)
- As you resize client 4, client 2 and resizes also. If you make 4 smaller, it
makes 2 smaller also! Ie. as you move the top edge of 4 DOWN, the bottom edge
of 2 moves UP. Similarly,
enlarging 4 also enlarges 2.
