This pulls in a dependency on xproto 1.6, thus "accidentally" fixing this bug. util-wm's configure.ac calls XCB_UTIL_COMMON([1.4], [1.6]). This macro is part of xcb/util-common-m4. The first number is the required xcb version, the second one the required xcbproto version.
