Hello,

I recently updated all the software on my work computer and finally
moved from Awesome 2.2 to the latest 3.4.3(I tried going back a few
minor versions and they were the same, any further back caused issues
with dependencies). It all went fine apart from a problem with
Eclipse.

I run a dual monitor system using xrandr. I have monitor A
(1680x1050) on the left and monitor B (1280x1024) on the right.

In eclipse you have these context boxes that appear when you hover
over a class name or some other context sensitive text. If I have
eclipse on monitor B everything is fine. If I have eclipse on monitor
A the context boxes appear right at the left edge of the monitor such
that 98% of it is off the screen and you can only see a couple of
pixels of the edge.
Also when using it on monitor A the auto complete box (that appears
when you control space on something) appears flush to the left edge of
monitor B. Also if you go file->import or some other preferences
window they either appear on the wrong monitor or almost completely of
the screen.

I have fired up openbox and kde to check that they are working and
they appear to be fine and eclipse is showing none of these issues. I
rate awesome so far above these others especially in multi monitor
mode that using them is not really an option.

I really can't think of what could be causing this.
Has anyone else experienced anything similar or have any ideas that
could help to fix it or make it usable?

Cheers
Bob
