Greetings,
I may have a related problem while using xrandr. Menus and context menus
from any KDE apps appear normally in Monitor A but they do not appear at
all in Monitor B, right-clicking for the context-menu or left-clicking on
the file,edit,etc. menu do not pop up the menu at all.
I am currently using Lucid Lynx, with awesome 3.4.3.
My workaround is to launch a KDE session rather than an Awesome session,
then replace kwin with awesome, however this raises other problems like
the awesome system tray not wanting to show many kde-based app systray,
and having lots of unneccessary kde background services running.
Any explanation/fixes for disappearing menus?
