Window doesn't respect a rule

I have following rule:

    { rule = { class = "claws-mail" },
      properties = { tag = tags[1][3] } },

I have similar rules for other applications and all work fine
except this one. When I open claws-mail it just open on the
current tag.

Using xprop i can confirm class of window

WM_CLASS(STRING) = "claws-mail", "Claws-mail"
