Maximise window moving

Hi, when I maximise a window and move it.. it moves as falling to down 
right corner of screen.. Its like if your x and y axis was being 
incremented one by one. Doesn't matter for where I move the mouse, it 
aways goes to down-right corner at same speed. This isn't a problem to
me.. I just "do not move maxmized windows", I'm just repport cuz does 
not seems to be the expect behavior...
