Hi all, I just discovered awesome and love it! However, I am having one
issue. I kill off unity, then start up awesome.I can't seem to get the
menus (File Edit Preference About etc) seen when some programs run.
Another example is gnome-terminal. When you launch it, there is a menu
that gets display on the top bar under unity. Under awesome, this menu
isn't there, so I can't access it. Is there another program that I need to
startup in order to get these menus showing? I am wondering how to get
these menus showing up? Thanks.
