I can reproduce this bug on the default configuration of awesome
on archlinux. I even created another user, started another Xorg
session, and awesome hangs.

X.Org X Server 1.14.4
Release Date: 2013-10-31
X Protocol Version 11, Revision 0
Build Operating System: Linux 3.11.6-1-ARCH x86_64

> So to answer your question:
> I can't reproduce this and who uses askpass anyway?

askpass secures the keyboard input and prevents other X
applications from sniffing events.

You can easily try this out with xwininfo and and then xev and
the window id.

Anyways, it seems that seahorse-askpass works fine with awesome.
So I don't need to use x11-askpass.

Thanks.
