I have already done commits to OpenJDK since leaving Sun.
Google has signed a corporate special SCA with Sun;
all Google employees can contribute to OpenJDK without
signing an additional SCA.
But I've never done a push to awt. I plan to push
to the jdk7/awt-gate/jdk repository.
Let me know if that's not the right thing to do.
only group members may push any changes to workspace, and each group has
its own list of trusted contributors, right? I understand you may have
pushed many patches into different OpenJDK areas, but I don't remember
any for AWT group.
Your current fix looks safe, and I can push it to the workspace, if you
