Hi, Martin,

yes, the patch is OK, and you can push it to AWT gate.

Thanks,

Artem

Artem and/or Anthony,

Ping: Can I get an OK to commit this to awt-gate/jdk?

But I've never done a push to awt. I plan to push
to the jdk7/awt-gate/jdk repository.
Let me know if that's not the right thing to do.
only group members may push any changes to workspace,
I don't believe that is true - a member of any group can
do pushes to any group forest. Of course, before doing so,
one gets permission from reviewers who are group members.
I have done pushes to multiple forests already.
I believe the rules for Sun-internal engineers are equally open.

and each group has its
own list of trusted contributors, right? I understand you may have pushed
many patches into different OpenJDK areas, but I don't remember any for AWT
group.
I have not made many contributions to awt, but IIRC there are some.
You can check for teamware changes by "mb29450".

I'm trying to help Sun do community building. It helps to empower
external contributors to do as much as possible without involving
a Sun sponsor. So again, I would like to do the hg push myself.

Thanks,

Martin

Your current fix looks safe, and I can push it to the workspace, if you
agree. In any case, thank you for the work,

Artem
