    could you please review the following fix:

    Problem: On Mac Java doesn't see external clipboard changes.
    Fix: since there is still no Cocoa pasteboard changes notification 
mechanism, check the Cocoa clipboard counter each time the contents is 
requested from the Java Clipboard.
