This looks good to me too, but as I said before, I still think you 
should write a note about this change in UPDATING.txt, so this fix is 
not lost if pnglibconf.h were to be re-generated.

I added the new option since I am not sure how important the usage of
"PNG_MAXIMUM_INFLATE_WINDOW or PNG_SKIP_sRGB_CHECK_PROFILE"
As I said, I don't see anything important ...
