Hi All, I am facing the same problem as well, I'd like to update a production order to Costing stage. But we found following error message :
"*Calculating BOM Consumption : Quantity ordered cannot be reduced, as there are not enough inventory transaction with the 'on order' status. The items are 'Sold', 'Deducted' or 'Picked'.*" This is due to remainder Qty related to one of the BOM items. In fact, all the picking list journals have been posted and total Qty posted is already exactly the same with Qty should be deducted (posted Qty = Qty estimated in ProdBOM table). Is there any safe method to *release "On Order" status of a transaction*? this "On Order" transaction is blocking the job to be updated. Is there anyone don't mind to share knowledge to help me on this? Really appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
