[Axis2] SVN HEAD ready for new commints

Hi Devs,
   Since we have tagged the svn for 1.0.0 release, it is safe to 
consider the svn head to be unfrozen for fresh commits.
   Please take into account the versioning guidelines when you are 
adding new API calls to the current API.
