The .so files are for linux based operating systems. The best thing to do is
download the source and compile. Currently Axis2/C have two build systems. One
for Unix based platforms (linux, solaris) and the other for windows platforms.
So if you are going to use Axis2/C on solaris download the source code to a
solaris machine and build. To use in RHEL3 download to a RHEL3 machine and
build. Then you can obtained the above mentioned libs. Please see the
installation guide for more details.
