Resolution: Fixed
util.c is now added to the vc project and it builds fine.
we used libcurl-7.15.1-msvc-win32-ssl-0.9.8a-zlib-1.2.3 libcurl package which
has libcurl_imp.lib library not in lib folder but in the top level directory.
