1. some sub-projects in the VC project which are dependent on neethi do not get
linked as neethi project does not have util.c included.
2. In the makefile, LDFLAGS for libcurl is incorrect: it should be
/LIBPATH:$(LIBCURL_BIN_DIR)\lib instead of /LIBPATH:$(LIBCURL_BIN_DIR)
