Sahan, AFAIU this modification doesn't effect for the platform Independence.
The path separators issue is already addressed in axis2c deployment. Now we
use repo path to make services and modules directory paths (please see
dep_engine.c). Whereas new modification suggest is to obtain those paths
directly from the axis2.xml. I think new suggestion is good, because as Samisa
pointed out we can maintain backward compatibility and give users more room of
flexibility. If I'm mistaken please enlighten me.
