RE: Installation of Axis C++

        Hi Monica,

           

                When i try to install the axis linux source. It gave me the following error..

 

    compileAxisHTTPTransportSSLChannel:
    [mkdir] Created dir: /root/AxisC++/axis-c-1.6b-Linux-trace-src/${dir.objects}
    [mkdir] Created dir: /root/AxisC++/axis-c-1.6b-Linux-trace-src/${dir.bin}

 

    buildVersionResource:

 

    BUILD FAILED
    /root/AxisC++/axis-c-1.6b-Linux-trace-src/build.xml:226: The following error occurred while executing this line:
    /root/AxisC++/axis-c-1.6b-Linux-trace-src/build.xml:216: The following error occurred while executing this line:
    /root/AxisC++/axis-c-1.6b-Linux-trace-src/build.xml:163: The following error occurred while executing this line:
    /root/AxisC++/axis-c-1.6b-Linux-trace-src/build/buildSSLChannel.xml:42: /root/AxisC++/axis-c-1.6b-Linux-trace-src/${HTTP.SSLChannel.dir}/lib not found.

 

    From the above command i understood it is searching for SSLChanddel directory in the Axis C++ installation directory. Could you please help me in this regard

here is what i got from Samisa today only:

Linux source is here:

Windows source is here:

http://www.apache.org/dist/ws/axis-c/axis-c-src-Linux-current-src.tar.gz

The above are 1.6 beta release packages.

If you would like to checkout the source form svn, you can run the

following command:

svn co http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/webservices/axis/trunk/c/ axisc

               Thanks for the reply. But when i am trying to download a axis c++ source distribution from SVN, it is showing a complete directory structure. Is there any source.tar available on the site. If you know the same, could you mail me the link..?
