This patch rearranges the navigation.xml to cater to end-developers. The first
section featured is "Download" followed by a "Getting Started" section which
has the Installation, User, and Web Administration Guide. Secondary
documentation like tutorials and architecture overviews have been moved to a
separate "Addition Reference" section, and "Get Involved" has been moved
further down on this list.
Most of the people interested in Axis2, are going to want to know how to
download and use Axis2, there is going to be a smaller subset that really want
to understand how it is constructed, and an even smaller set of people willing
to participate. The navigation order reflects this.
Also note that some of the wording in the nav area has changed to imperative
statements.
This patch also cleans up the svn.html file. This file had some duplicate
information in it. I rearranged the content and modified it so that it points
to shared ASF pages instead of duplicating existing ASF directions.
