I'm all for "release early / release often", but I think we might have
jumped the gun a little with "0.9"... :) I agree with Jaya and others
about first impressions and the power of the "1.0" number.
How about we plan to call this next one "0.91" rather than "0.95" -
which gives us nine more "early and often" releases if we need them
before 1.0....?

Hi all,
yep, no question about it. 1.0 is a very strong number indeed and cutting
the 1.0 is no childs play. I guess the code needs to be a tested more and
WSDS2Java definitley needs improvements.
The next release (the release we are planning now) is .95. It's more of an
effort to go with "release often" part of the motto "Release early, release
often" :)

My sincere thought is... if the version 1.0 (such a darn powerful
number that it is) is out, people already frame impressions about
Axis2 in general. And if it's out without being solid enough, first
impressions on Axis2 can be not so welcome ones. We will have to face
tough times advertising later its improved functionality, whenever
that happens. As the saying goes 'we never get a second chance to make
a first impression'. This has been worrying me.
Just a thought, though!
