I stopped my build and tried bulding offline (with the tests, because
they don't take long), but got the error below. So now, I'm having to
start the online build over again and will likely wait hours. I'm not a maven guy (nor persuaded by these experiences to ever become one), but wouldn't things be a lot faster and easier if a lib/ directory for dependencies was maintained in the axis2 svn?
